RETURN POLICY

IN STORE PURCHASES

We gladly accept returns or exchanges with receipt for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Original tags must be attached and the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed. You will be credited in your original form of payment and must have the credit card present to return back to a credit card.

Sunglasses, sale items, undergarments, jewelry, hemmed pants, and gift cards are FINAL SALE
 
Due to the fact that our inventory is constantly changing, no returns or exchanges we be accepted after 14 days of purchase. 
 
ONLINE PURCHASES
 
For online purchases, your return must be received by our returns department within 21 days of purchase. 
 
Directions:
1. Include a copy of your packing slip with your return. (without this we will not be able to return the item, this serves as your receipt)
2. Make a note on the packing slip of what you wish to return or exchange. We will do our best to fulfill exchanges, but since we sell out quickly, we may be out of stock in the size you are hoping for. 
2. Package your item as neatly as possible in the original packaging, with tags still attached. 
3. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. 
4. Ship package to this address, or bring into one or our stores for an in store return:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect each item to make sure it qualifies for return. We will contact you if there are any issues. We have the right to not accept or partially accept returns if they don't meet all the return criteria. 
 
Please allow 7-10 days from receipt of merchandise for inspection and return processing. 
 
No returns or exchanges will be accepted if not received within 21 days of the date purchased.
